"Ideal Software has a lot to do with our success over the past 6 years that I have been here.  After switching from another debit card system 4 years ago the ease of operation has been remarkable.  We have seen sales go up, problems go down, and customer satisfaction at an all time high.  The reports are in depth and the ability to see the reports from home is a great tool for any operator.  The POS and Redemption software is easy to use and also easy to learn.  Rarely do we see problems with the system, but if we do Ideals professional customer support is quick to respond and even quicker to fix.  I would not hesitate to recommend the Ideal system to any other FEC and I think if you would ask our customers they would agree."
